You’ll Always Be In My Heart
You’re just full of surprises. At times, I’m not even sure where you learn, exactly what you do or say. You’re possibly reading this at some point, and wondering what I am talking about? What could you have possibly said or done. It’s simply the fact you already have one of the biggest hearts that I have ever met in this world. And there are two examples of this in the last 24 hours.
First, last night you showed me how much you already want to help or be there for others. You come up with these random kind acts of service to others, because you want everyone to be just as happy as you. When walking around your room, you found an old Rainbow book that we ended up reading on a regular basis when you were 2.5 to 3 years old. You talked about how much you loved the memories of me reading this book to you, and it made you so happy, and it was now time to allow others to enjoy the same happiness this brook brought you. Wanting to give the book to someone else, you also included a little clip toy that we used to play with over and over again as well. Your sole purpose of this gesture, was to bring smiles to others, and it’s just amazing to see how big that little heart of yours already is.

Holiday Season 2024 “It’s so beautiful, you did a great job dad!”
Holidays 2024 with the most special girl in my world. I decorated just for you and I’m so happy you loved it all.

The Simple Things I get to do as your dad
This will be a short entry to let you know that I am taking in all the little things I get to do being your dad. And some of these things I need to cherish, because before I know it, you won’t need me to do things like this anymore.
After you had a busy morning, we got to spend some time together at Daddy’s Place. And like normal, we had a blast. We ran around, played some games together, and you were filled with love, asking for hugs constantly and tell me you were going to follow me around while wrapped around my leg.

I blinked: You’ve grown up too fast!
I blinked, and the other day I took this picture of you. I was scared because in what feels like just a few seconds, almost 4 years have gone by.
I can’t believe that, you’re going to turn 4 soon. I have meant to keep up with this father to daughter diary to you. A journal to share what it’s like to be your dad.

Juju & The Boys go to the Bronx Zoo
One thing that I am going to try to do, is to go back and play catchup on areas of your life I can still look back on. Activities of your life that I captured in photos, but also in memories. Adventures that we go on together, that I can’t leave out of this journal to you.
A day that does come to mind recently is this past weekend when we went to the Bronx Zoo with Rosie, and her two boys Leandro and Andre. You were looking forward to seeing them for weeks, so we scheduled a time, and you gave The Boys a tour of the zoo.

The Bouncy Castle Of all bouncy castles
Today we went to the bouncy castle of all bouncy castles, and you showed Bruna and me how to be kids again. Thank you JuJu for allowing us to be part of your amazing life. We love you!

My Love For You Grows Daily
I’ve been playing with the idea of creating a website for you since before you were born. A place where we can create an archive of different life moments as we go through this journey with you every single day. There will be highs and lows along the way, and I hope to share some of them here for you, and have a place where you can look back on your life.
Now this is just the first entry, so I will surely get better at documenting what it’s like to be your father, what it’s like to watch you grow up, and what it’s like to see you become a person int this world that we’re so proud of. I can’t wait to look back and hopefully add some post that I should’ve already.
